ORDERS & SHIPPING

Personalized products and custom requests are made at the time, so please allow about 4 weeks for your item to be made and shipped out. If you are in a rush to receive your special bag, contact us and we will try to satisfy you. We process orders in Italy, Turin from Monday through Friday, and are shipped within 3 business days after payment cleared. Orders are not delivered/processed on weekends or holidays.

DELIVERY TIME

Please note that delivery times may vary and we cannot be accountable for losts or delays of the shipments due to meteorological conditions, customs inspections and other circumstances that are irrelevant to our control.
Anyway, our Customer Service is always at your disposal to find a solution.
Delivery for shipments addressed to Italy takes 1-2 working days.
Delivery for shipments addressed to European Union takes 2-3 working days.
Delivery for shipments addressed to the rest of the world takes 4-7 working days.

SHIPPING COSTS

We find that the cheapest e safest way to ship worldwide from Italy is by express courier (we use all the major companies as DHL, FEDEX, UPS, etc… through MailBoxes etc.).
International customers are responsible for any fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping & purchasing to their respective countries. All the shipments are express and free except where it is indicated the price. Please contact us before purchasing if you have specific requests about shipping methods.
Shipping costs are free for orders over 250,00 euro. For order below 250,00 euro the cost of shipping is as follow:
